Flavour Profile: green / fresh / tart
Inspiration:
French 75 meets Caïpirinha for a fresh new twist. Growing up in a country with harsh and cold winters, I always like to bring a touch of beach escape to my holiday celebrations. Festive and elegant! This fresh green tipple will delight champagne and cocktail lovers alike. A great way to showcase this funky Brazilian cousin of rum.
Batching / group party tips:
Best when made individually. However, you can mix up to three portions in a traditional Koriko shaker tin.
The bitters work well because…. The savoury and herbaceous notes of Grapefruit & Hops is the perfect complement to the fresh and grassy Cachaça.
