Keep Your Gin Up

A shaken, light and lovely citrus-inspired drink for the holidays (or anytime!). Somewhere between a Gimlet and a London Calling, we’d take this over a glass of white this season with some simple bar snacks – what are your favourite happy hour treats during the holidays?

Ingredients:
1.00 oz | 30 ml Tanqueray No. TEN Gin (use Seedlip Grove for zero proof version)
1.00 oz | 30 ml Fino Sherry
0.75 oz | 20 ml Grapefruit Juice
0.75 oz | 20 ml Lemon Juice
1.00 oz | 30 ml Simple Syrup 1:1
2 dashes Tanqueray Tropical Citrus Heart Bitters (or Bittered Sling Grapefruit & Hops Bitters)
Grapefruit cheek and mint spring, for garnish.

Add the gin, sherry, grapefruit, lemon, sweetener and bitters to a shaker with ice, and shake hard. Double strain using a mesh sieve neat into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Thread a small mint spring into the center of the grapefruit cheek, add a pick to hold the garnish up.
