Everyone loves a boulevardier during the holidays, and we just love to support local distilleries where we can. Try this un-fir-gettable spin with all BC local products – now this is something to celebrate!
1.00 oz | 30 ml BLK BRBN 54%, Okanagan Spirits
1.00 oz | 30 ml Mia Amata Amaro, Odd Society Spirits
0.75 oz | 20 ml Red Vermouth, Esquimalt Wine Co.
2 dashes Bittered Sling Suius Cherry Bitters
Trimmed orange peel, for garnish.
Add the whisky, bitter amaro, vermouth and bitters to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and diluted – about 15 rotations. Strain into an old fashioned glass with a large cube, and finish by expressing the oils from an orange peel and drop into the glass.
