Ingredients:
1.50 oz Jameson Crested Irish Whiskey
0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
0.50 oz Green Chartreuse
2 dashes Cascade Celery Bitters
Method:
Sir all ingredients with ice, and strain neat into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry on a pick.
