Ingredients:

1.00 oz Mission Hill SLC Chardonnay
1.00 oz Martini Bianco White Vermouth
1.00 oz Calvados
0.50 oz Strega Herbal Liqueur
2 dashes Lem-Marrakech Bitters

Method:

Stir all ingredients with ice, gently strain neat in a cocktail glass, and garnish with a lemon peel.
