1.00 oz Tanqueray 10 Gin
1.00 oz Fino Sherry
1.00 oz Campari
2.00 oz Watermelon Juice
0.50 oz Vanilla Bean Syrup 1:1
2 dashes Bittered Sling Shanghai Rhubarb Bitters
Top with Kombucha

Method:

Shake, ice, collins, grapefruit peel.
