28 Oct Cocktail: Petite Citrouille
Ingredients:
2.00 oz Ron Zacapa 23 YO Solera Rum
2.00 oz Freshly Juiced Pineapple
1 scoop Pumpkin-Spiced Ice Cream
2 dashes Bittered Sling Malagasy Chocolate Bitters
Method:
Dry shake all ingredients without ice until smooth, approx. 30 seconds. Add a few cubes of Kold-Draft ice, and shake hard. Pour over a large ice cube in a double old-fashioned glass, and drink immediately. Garnish with grated nutmeg. Tastes like a pumpkin- spiced colada!
