Ingredients:
1.00 oz Lot 40
100% Rye
0.50 oz Cherry Heering Liqueur
0.50 oz Fino Sherry
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Tannic Apple Syrup
2 dashes Bittered Sling Zingiber Crabapple Bitters
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Double strain over fresh ice in a collins glass, top with ginger beer. Long apple peel garnish.
