Ingredients:

0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Monin Gingerbread Syrup
3.00 oz Sparkling Water
2 dashes Bittered Sling Grapefruit & Hops Extract

Method:

Build all ingredients over ice in a tall collins glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, down the inside of the glass.

This recipe is a great example of how we can sub ingredients in and out using the same formula! Try a different combination of flavours!
