25 Oct Cocktail: Chartreuse Milkshake
INGREDIENTS
1.50 oz (45mL) Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
0.50 oz (15mL) White Crème de Cacao
0.50 oz (15mL) Green Chartreuse
0.50 oz (15mL) Orange Juice
0.50 oz (15mL) Lime Juice
0.75 oz (22mL) Simple Syrup 1:1
2 dashes Bittered Sling Malagasy Chocolate Bitters
1 Fresh Egg White (cold)
garnish Raw Cacao Bean, shaved
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a few shavings of raw cacao bean.
