Inspired by the song of Charentes, the South Western part of France responsible for some of the greatest brandies in the world.

Ingredients:

1.50 oz Courvoisier VS Cognac
0.50 oz Okanagan Spirits Framboise Eau-de-Vie
0.75 oz Averna Sicilian Amaro
0.50 oz Echt Stonsdorfer Herbal Fruit Liqueur (spiced liqueur)
2 dashes Bittered Sling Malagasy Chocolate Bitters

Method:

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir until well chilled and diluted – about 15-20 seconds. Using a julep strainer, serve neat in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
