Bittered Sling partners with Grand Marnier for “Le Grand Sling”

Bittered Sling has announced its partnership for a Canada-wide Bartender immersion program, called “Le Grand Sling” with celebrated Cognac, wine and spirits company, Marnier-Lapostolle a.k.a. Grand Marnier.

A group of 17 Canadian bartenders, accompanied by Grand Marnier Canada’s Vice-President Javier Santos and Bittered Sling co-founders, award-winning bartender Lauren Mote and celebrated Chef Jonathan Chovancek, have been selected to join this monumental education program. On April 16 2016, bartenders from Victoria to Halifax will join the teams from Bittered Sling and Grand Marnier, in Paris and Cognac for an immersion adventure in France, studying the origins of Cognac and Bitters, while savouring the sites and surroundings – a life full of abundance – in one of the most important wine and spirit producing countries of the world.
